Really beautiful property in a great location just a couple of rows from frontline. Near to the town, supermarkets, the beach and a longer walk from the castle. Fabulous receptionist on arrival who was extremely helpful with the garage usage, she also completed our checkout and was equally helpful and positive. It was a shame I didn’t make a note of her name. The room was huge with a massive bathroom and great toiletries, lovely terrace and a comfortable bed. Towels were nice and big too. Breakfast had a lovely selection of warm and cold items plus eggs cooked to order. If I’m being super picky, I would have liked to see more fresh fruit cuts - melon or pineapple rather than sliced oranges and tinned fruit salad in syrup. Having said that, we didn’t want for anything and there were also three coffee machines (in most hotels coffee machines are the weakest link but not here). The staff in the restaurant were also professional and efficient. The rooftop pool was clean and inviting but mid October was a bit late in the season for us to use it but there were plenty of sun loungers on the pool terrace. Great view over the town to the castle. WiFi was good and strong too.

All staff (incl. housekeeping staff / special mention to the beauty therapist for professionalism and excellent advice) were really kind and helpful. The location is great. Hotel amenities are really fine. The staff responded well when a parking space for electric cars was occupied by a non-electric vehicle. Breakfast: as expected (with selection of hot and cold dishes) Diner (buffet): not repetitive at all with an effort to vary the dishes.

We came only for one night but i wish we could stay more. except that pinascola is such a fun place, this hotel makes it much better. the location is perfect, the breakfest was delicious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful balcony, but above all i want to mention the staff and especielly sergio who was so nice and kind with a big smile and plenty of patience. Thank you all for this amazing and short time!

This hotel was excellent. It was a larger hotel than we were expecting and had very good guest facilities, including a bar/coffee bar and a restaurant. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location was very close to the beach front and offered on-site paid parking. There was also public 24 hour paid parking directly in front of the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, although this was a busy hotel, you would never know. All things to do with service cleaning, breakfast etc were impeccable. Rooftop pool a little frightening for vertigo sufferers, clean and a real thrill

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed in a good location with good wi-fi. Lovely sun terrace with a pool. The food was also of good quality and nicely varied. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Nice hotel. It was our second stay in this hotel where we came back for the comforts, the beautiful view, the friendship and welcome feeling from employees and good food. Private parking inside but convenient parking outside in the street just in front of the hotel too. 2 min walking from the beach. Highly recommended

Glass bottom pool was unique and kids enjoyed it. View to the beach was good from the pool. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.
