All staff (incl. housekeeping staff / special mention to the beauty therapist for professionalism and excellent advice) were really kind and helpful. The location is great. Hotel amenities are really fine. The staff responded well when a parking space for electric cars was occupied by a non-electric vehicle. Breakfast: as expected (with selection of hot and cold dishes) Diner (buffet): not repetitive at all with an effort to vary the dishes.

the best hotel in area, also the best staff ever! so friendly and helpful people. Food was delicious, so close to the beach. , staff on the reception- never in the past I met so professional and helpful people. love this hotel, swimming area very nice

Everything was great...hotel location within easy walking distance to the old town and the beach less than 10 minutes, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. parking directly outside the hotel however you have to pay at the meter, we were informed by hotel reception that parking 2 streets back of the hotel parking was free so saved €8.00 day hotel parking. exception June to September when all streets are meter payments.

We did receive the suite upon arrival which was very nice. Nice view on the nearby castle and large balcony!

Location excellent, we had handicap parking so was not an issue and cost nothing. Every Staff member was wonderful, rooftop pool was a welcome retreat, we wanted a king size bed so ended up with 2 bedroom suite for just the 2 of us. Very close to Old City. Wonderful view from our room if the Old City. Beat nights sleep since we arrived in Spain a week ago.

Our stay was absolutely extraordinary. This hotel is a real gem -- from the comfort of the room to the exceptional location, to the friendliness of the staff, to the beautiful facilities, to the amazing pool on the roof -- and all of that at a remarkably affordable price. What a find this was!

A very nice hotel , room superb, we had breakfast and evening meal , both very good , in the heart of Peñíscola , great place for a holiday , or like us ,stop off while driving through Spain , would definitely recommend , and return ourselves , thanks to all the Staff , even gave us a bottle of water to take with us , Patricia from France

Everything. Very nice pool at the roof top, great relaxed breakfast, easy to book a massage on the same day. Close to the sea and the city center, easy to park near the hotel. Incredible room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!

The staff are very welcoming and efficient. I’ve never seen the staff in a restaurant work so hard as those here. Felicitations. The Spa is very good with all the facilities plus a great rooftop pool. We particularly liked the good deal offered for eating there. We’ll certainly come back.
